• Attend meetings with the Executive Committee and Compensation and Benefits team to design a Global Share Plan (‘GSP’) 
• Prepare financial modelling to indicate the cost/benefit of such a plan to the Company and employees 
• Conduct market research into trends and market practice amongst the industry and competitors 
• Draft plan rules and ancillary documents for implementation of such a plan
