
Pay & Reward Practices Survey in the Charitable/Voluntary Funding Sector
Brief:
FTSE 350 services company required a new long term incentive plan (LTIP) to replace a previous plan that was not providing the right form of incentive for its senior executive team.
Solution:
- Developed a structured job analysis questionnaire for 14 roles
- Interviewed each incumbent and discussed roles performed
- Prepared role profiles from the interviews
- Identified a suitable participant list for a bespoke survey – to include voluntary sector as well as commercial / profit-making entities
- Prepared a summary of the role profiles and an electronic input document to facilitate and capture all relevant data from participant companies
- Distributed the relevant documents to the agreed participants
- Returned data was validated to ensure accuracy in job matching and database balanced to ensure appropriate reporting protocols were adhered to
- Prepared summary data tables and statistical analyses of the market data for each position and reported to all participants on a confidential basis
