Aim-listed multi national on-line gaming company. Wanted to ensure key employees were motivated to deliver aggressive growth targets and to remain with the company in a highly competitive business.
Solution:
- MM & K designed and implemented deferred annual bonus plan and interim equity incentive to lock in key executives
- Currently MM & K is advising on design and implementation of multi-national long term equity incentive plan for key executives and an all employee share acquisition plan
- In addition, MM & K has advised on market positioning of salaries and on performance targets in connection with annual bonuses
