MM&K signs up to the new remuneration consultants’ code of practice

The recent review of corporate governance in banks and other financial institutions by Sir David Walker recommended that remuneration consultant firms get together to put in place a formally constituted professional group which would oversee a code of best practice. His intention was that remuneration consultants would be required to adhere to the code in all their work, not just in financial services.

The Remuneration Consultants Group (RCG) has now been established, and the code is in place. The constitution of the Group and the contents of the code can be found at the RCG website at: www.remunerationconsultantsgroup.com

MM & K is a member of this group, and has signed up to the new code.
