Life in the Boardroom, the Chairman and Non Executive Director Survey

This survey is published in January, priced at only £200, distributed and used by the directors of over 830 companies to review annual fees and other key boardroom issues.

The survey gives information on fee levels, time commitments and attitudes to all aspects of their jobs from non-executive directors sitting on the boards of FTSE350, Small Cap, AIM, private and multi-national groups.

In addition to tables covering fees, time commitments and non-executive directors' views on issues of corporate governance, a section covers all aspects of the work of the remuneration committee including the respondents' views on key aspects of remuneration design for executive directors.

A section on directors’ views on board appraisal is also included.
